  • Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases within the first 7 days of subscription, provided you have not exceeded 10% of your usage limits (e.g., users, device types, storage, alerts).
  • Refund requests after 7 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
  • Refunds are not applicable for subscription renewals, upgrades, or downgrades.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any custom development, consultation, or additional services beyond the standard subscription plans are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable for users who violate our terms of service.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@iotprojectfactory.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Subscription Plan].”
  • Include your account details, proof of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund for the remaining subscription period.
